And don't you just LOVE how kids are so oblivious to the lengths we go to for them? Like when my daughter is rolling around on the floor screaming at the top of her lungs for mac and cheese while I've got my head in the toilet on a morning sickness death bed. I'm thinking about sending my kids to Sudan until they appreciate the concept of "other people."Hannahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05149320581231662627noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7734712521038551440.post-48701912133977502522011-10-01T11:31:25.064-04:002011-10-01T11:31:25.064-04:00O.M.G. I was using a vegetable peeler. It bled for days, it seemed. Pinkies, not as useful as thumbs, but by GOD it hurt!!! So...yes...I feel your pain and I respond much in the same way - except with pictures on FB for more pity.Charissehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06376154994844472080noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7734712521038551440.post-19586591214641186972011-09-29T16:39:09.812-04:002011-09-29T16:39:09.812-04:00I have sliced my thumb before. My stomach ...Seriously...I could BARELY read that. My stomach started churning and got all flittery and I felt sick. Ewww. I hate cuts, especially cuts from very sharp things like that. Funny enough...I have a slicer just like that and I literally NEVER use it. It just sits high up on a shelf collecting dust. Perhaps I fear the slice too much. Good luck with the thumb heal and the bleeding.Allyson & Jerehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09899323132507414349noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7734712521038551440.post-1145836718841856152011-09-29T12:26:39.981-04:002011-09-29T12:26:39.981-04:00My MIL has done the same thing twice!
